what happens when we forget the digital

We were in such a frazzle of activity trying to get Drew and his costume and everything prepared for our Upstate Christian Moms' Halloween party that we left the house without the digital camera.

So, we ended up with one of those cheap disposable cameras, and man, they really bite.  I only got a couple of pictures that are actually worth sharing, just so you can see Drew in all his Clifford The Big Red Dog magnificence:

He actually picked out this costume.  Well, OK, it was his second choice behind Barney, but Dad put his foot down at the purple dinosaur.

Here's Drew and his friend Alex (who is also in his class at daycare) sharing M&Ms. Note the look on Drew's face, which says, "Hmm, do I actually have enough M&Ms to share? Should I be pitching a fit right about now?"

So anyway, that's all the pictures that really turned out - the rest are just amorphous blobs of red and black. Now, I'm off to eat some more of the candy I appropriated from Drew, you know, as payment for being such a great mom and all.
