http://www.bbc.co.uk/tweenies click on 'songtime' and you'll have a wealth of tunes at your fingertips. :) i highly recommend: wind the bobbin up, baa baa black sheep, wiggly woo and cows in the kitchen.

Ohhhhh Amy, just think back to that summer of Singing On The Porch at Camp Glisson!! (which, afaik, may not exist anymore as they are building a new dining hall!) "Leaving on a Jet Plane" is always good...if your UGA diploma won't fall off the wall and knock you on the head you can try "Rocky Top" or for a more religious slant there's "Blind Man" and the upbeat Glisson version of "Amazing Grace" sung to the tune of "House of the Rising Sun..."

Yeah, I'm a hippy. Whaddaya want?

I love that website, Liz - thank you! Cows in the kitchen - moo moo moo!
Oh, and Nan, I prefer Amazing Grace sung to the Gilligan's Island theme song. ;)

i prefer the doxology sung to any tune! :)

did drew infect anyone at nursery, since you took him there thinking he wasn't contagious?

As long as you arent stuck soley on kiddie tunes- my absolute favorite, and I dedicated it to my youngest sister... "I hope you dance" by Lee Ann Womack

I don't think he infected anybody at daycare - I just told them he had an ear infection, not a stomach thing, so even if he did, they won't think to blame it on me. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA.
